"Llantrisant Town Trust has a long and impressive tradition with its roots firmly
based in over six centuries of local history. As the custodians of land and rights
owned by the Freemen of Llantrisant, the Town Trust feels it is imperative to keep
its members, who live all over the world, up to date with developments that affect
those traditions. The website, designed to a first-class standard and maintained
by Commedia, has done precisely that. It keeps all Freemen updated of events in
their hometown and that of their ancestors. It also allows visitors a taste of the
history that surrounds them when they visit the ancient hilltop town and remains an essential tool for anyone studying their own geneology because of the vast amount
of information available at their finger tips. The Town Trust remains proud of its
website and the outstanding work carried out in creating it."

Thanks for your email and I hope all is well at your new office. I have an old
colleague who lives on Maes-y-Cwm street near the school in Barry which I believe
isn’t too far from your new office. I hope to pay him a visit sometime this month so
I could call in on my way to his place, which would be the best day to catch you in
the office?

Business is ticking over just nicely now and the www.turnerstoolbox.com website
is getting a lot of good praise from wood turners and wood carvers alike. I even
had a woodturner from the USA get in touch who was coming over here on holiday.
He travelled from where he was staying to my place to have a chat and to purchase
some of our products, I have also had a good article printed in the woodturning magazine about myself and our business which, along with some of the advertising
I have done, is bringing more customers to our website. I get loads of phone calls
and emails from different people requesting information and to purchase items.

The other interesting development is whereas before I was always looking for
new products, manufacturers and suppliers, I now get reps from different
companies calling and emailing, asking if we would like to set up meetings to
discuss us selling their products on our website! I get so many, I am having to
turn them down.

I have also had a couple of orders from people requesting me to make them something on the woodturning lathe. Just recently, I made a soldier serving in Iraq
a love goblet with a box for his wife for their wedding anniversary. You can see this
on our website www.turnerstoolbox.com in the gallery of the craft shop and as it
was their wedding anniversary, I also included a red rose giving it that extra
